App settings

This page introduces items on application setting screen.

1. Setting for Planning


1.1. Speed

The default value of the speed when a new point is added.


1.2. Staying

The default value of the staying time when new points are added.


1.3. Arrival time unit

This is a setting to roughly calculate the arrival time. It is too detailed to calculate the process in seconds and minutes, which can change due to various factors such as weather and traffic conditions. Using this setting, it is possible to round up the arrival time in 5 minute increments.

If you drive 80km at 17km/h

    80km ÷ 17km/h ≒ 4 hours 42 minutes 21 seconds

If the departure of the previous point was 10:00, the arrival time will be 14:42.

Since it is too detailed to plan the arrival time of Brevet in 1-minute units, the time is rounded up and calculated in "round-up units". "Rounding up unit of arrival time 5 minutes" means that the arrival time is rounded up in 5 minute increments. In this case, the arrival time is 14:42, so this "a little over 2 minutes" part is rounded up and 14:45 is calculated as the arrival time. If the unit of rounding up the arrival time is 10 minutes, the arrival time will be rounded up in 10-minute increments.

The arrival of the finish point is always calculated in 1 minute increments regardless of this setting. In addition, points with a stay time of 0 minutes will be calculated in 1-minute units regardless of this setting.


2. Setting for alert

A caution alert will be displayed when the arrival time or the estimated arrival time falls below a certain time until the point close time. This setting is the time to display the attention alert. If the setting is 15 minutes and the Close time is 10:30, a caution alert will be displayed if the arrival time is later than 10:15.


3. Time to be displayed at tracking started


Just after started tracking, set whether to display the Ahead / Delay time in the plan ratio or the remaining time until Close. It is a setting to be displayed immediately after the plan is executed, and once it is displayed, it can be switched manually.


4. Arrival / Departure automatic detection

It is a setting value of how close the GPS position is to be judged as arrival by the automatic arrival detection function, or how far away is judged to be departure by the automatic departure detection function. For small PC facilities, 75m is sufficient, but for large facilities, the range can be 150m.


5. Weather forecast


It is a unit of temperature displayed on the weather forecast screen. You can choose Celsius or Fahrenheit.


6. Paid features



Purchase paid features here. If you have already purchased with the same Apple ID, you can restore your rights and use the paid features. The same is true for Android, but paid features purchased on iPhone cannot be restored on Android. The reverse is also true. Paid functions cannot be shared between the two types of OS, in which case they must be purchased separately.




7. Application Information

7.1. Brevet Manager Site

You can display Brevet Manager site. Tap the link to launch your browser and display your site there.

7.2. Version

Shows the current app version. When reporting a bug, please let us know the version number.



8. Organizer feature

You can enable the organizer function. When this is enabled, you can export plan with evidence mode.
